We are offering a Desktop Support Analyst role based in Plantation, Florida. This role is integral to our IT team, providing support for desktop systems including hardware and software, ensuring all systems function smoothly, and addressing any technical issues. This is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include:• Providing technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users• Managing the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems• Monitoring the system daily and responding immediately to security or usability concerns• Creating and verifying backups of data, and responding to and resolving help desk requests• Installing and testing computer-related equipment• Utilizing Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies for system support and management• Operating EO/IR systems and Mac Computers as part of the role• Proficiently using Microsoft tools, Active Directory, and Computer Hardware• Implementing Configuration Management and Deployments • Providing Deskside Support as part of the day-to-day activities
